This fee covers SupportUKtoday's planning, coordination and support services throughout the preparation process and agreed support period.

The fee does not include venue hire, catering, suppliers, equipment, printing, advertising or third‑party costs.
SupportUKtoday does not contribute financially to event costs.
SupportUKtoday creates identity and awareness — not fundraising.
Supporters must donate directly to their chosen charity.
Supporters should include their S'port Me Today Identity, campaign strand and Supporter ID Number.
SupportUKtoday does not collect or distribute donations.
